2. Take a look at the items on offer and decide which item(s) you wish to bid on. The current highest bid is displayed within each item description and will be updated throughout the day.

3. Email your bid or any questions to josephsjourney@virginmedia.com. Remember to tell us which item you are bidding on. Please include your phone number and any other contact details in your email and advise us if you want your bid to be anonymous.

4. If multiple bids of the same value are received for an item then the bid that was received first will take priority.

5. At the close of the auction we will contact the highest bidder to arrange payment and delivery of their item. Payment is to be made via Joseph's dedicated charity page at www.bmycharity.com/josephscharityauction. All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

6. Due to the varied nature, size and mix of items we have on offer, where necessary we have provided details regarding postage on each individual item description. If you do win one of the larger items and wish for it to be posted to you, please be aware that you will be required to pay the postage costs. This will be either by courier or special delivery. If you choose to collect the item from us, Jobo squeezes will be included.

7. If you wish to make a general donation to Joseph's CLIC Sargent 'Especially For You' fund, you can do so by visiting http://www.bmycharity.com/josephbowensjourney

And it's as simple as that! Dig deep and happy bidding! Thank you for your support.

Two nights bed and breakfast at Old Shanklin Guest House, Isle of Wight - Current bid £120

Old Shanklin Guest House is modern and comfortable and situated right in the heart of Shanklin Old Village, in a quiet side road, 5 minutes walk to the beach and coastal walks and seconds from the traditional tea rooms, pubs and great selection of restaurants on offer.

Opened in 2011 by owners Gareth and Sarah James, the guest house has five en suite rooms all supplied with Duck Island toiletries and decorated with local artwork. Local produce is also sourced for the guests to enjoy. The guest lounge is available morning to evening, whether it's to relax with the paper after a tasty breakfast (which changes on a daily basis) or an evening game of IOW monopoly. Or, there is always the option of laying around in the secluded south facing garden on the day bed. There is parking for four of the five bedrooms and free wi-fi.

Old Shanklin Guest House was recently enjoyed by two of our friends. Since their stay there, they haven't stopped raving about it! Upon approaching Sarah and Gareth about featuring their guest house in our auction, they were only too happy to oblige by donating two nights bed and breakfast to the winning bidder, subject to availability.

Please note: No children under 12 years of age. The guest house will be closed between November 2012 and February 2013.
